Presidium of the Slovak Insurance Association elected Mr. Torsten Leue (Allianz – Slovenská poisťovňa) as a new President and Mr. Tibor Bôrik (Union) as a new Vice-President. Mr. Juraj Lelkes (Kooperativa) remains in the another Vice-President position.

Torsten Leue (42) is a President od Board and CEO od Allianz-Slovenská poisťovňa since 2004. He was performing the position of Vice-President Board Allianz AG for CME markets, he was a member of Supervisory body in several insurance and financial institutions. He has been working in Deutsche Bank before he entered on a position trading manager in Allianz in 1993. He graduated from universities in German and French and he was awarded of Diplom-Kaufmann.    

Mr. Torste Leue changed in the position Mr. Roman Holček (President SLASPO in 2005 – 2009), who is leaving for another insurance company. Mr. Leue is Vice-President of Slovak Insurance Company since January 2005
